EXAMPLE DIET PLAN FOR LOSE WEIGHT


1 glass of water immediately after wake up.
Then exercise, Abdo,push up,and after breakfast

7h : Breakfast

Coffee or tea no sugar
Fruit juice or fruit
Oats with milk ( no fat ) and proteine
Or chicken or white egg

10H : Collation

2 pieces of bread with white chicken or egg
or proteine with milk and oats

12H : Lunch

Salade at will
Chicken or fish or red meat with no fat
Rice,or paste or potatos cook in water
Vegetables
Fruit and yahourt( no banana )

16h30 or 17h: Collation

Same 10 am

20H: Diner

Salade at will
Chicken or fish or red meat with no fat
Vegetables
Fruit ( no banana )

After 5pm no carbohydrate ( paste,rice,bread,potato )
drink minimun 3 bottles of water / day
